Removal Procedure
  1. Set the parking brake.
  2. Remove the pushrod retaining clip.
  3. Disconnect the stoplamp switch electrical connector.
  4. Remove the brake pedal pivot bolt.
  5. Remove the actuating lever from the brake pedal.

    6. Object Number: 757631 Size: SH
  6. Remove the brake pedal.
  7. Remove the bushings and inspect for wear and deterioration. Replace the bushings if necessary.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 757631 Size: SH
  1. Install the brake pedal.
  2. Install the actuating lever to the brake pedal.
  3. Install the brake pedal pivot bolt.
  4. Connect the stoplamp switch electrical connector.
  5. Install the pushrod retaining clip.
  6. Release the parking brake.
  7. Adjust the stoplamp switch. Refer to Stop Lamp Switch Adjustment .
