The DRL module board is enclosed in a plastic case with an integral wiring harness.

Caution: Unless directed otherwise, the ignition and start switch must be in the OFF or LOCK position, and all electrical loads must be OFF before servicing any electrical component. Disconnect the negative battery cable to prevent an electrical spark should a tool or equipment come in contact with an exposed electrical terminal. Failure to follow these precautions may result in personal injury and/or damage to the vehicle or its components.

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Remove the instrument panel cluster. Refer to Instrument Cluster Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.



3. In order to remove the DRL control module, perform the following steps:

3.1.	Cut the tie strap.

3.2.	Open the case and remove the module board.

1. Install the DRL control module.
2. Install a tie strap or use tape in order to hold the module assembly in place.
3. Install the instrument panel cluster. Refer to Instrument Cluster Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
4. Connect the negative battery cable.
