Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 731880 Size: SH
  1. Disconnect the electrical connectors.
  2. Disconnect the actuator arm switch.
  3. Remove the stoplamp switch.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 731880 Size: SH
  1. Install the stoplamp switch.
  2. Connect the actuator arm.
  3. Connect the electrical connector
  4. Depress the brake pedal as far as possible.
  5. While holding the brake pedal in the depressed position pull the switch adjuster arm fully rearward to the stop.
  6. Pull the brake pedal upward/rearward with 6.8-13.6 N·m (5-10 lb ft) of pulling force.
  7. Release the brake pedal arm.
