DT-48827 Skip Shift Socket

Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 675758 Size: SH
  1. Raise and suitably support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle in General Information.
  2. Disconnect the engine oil pressure sensor electrical connector.

    3. Important: Clean the area around the sensor. Do not allow debris to enter the engine.

  3. Remove the oil pressure sensor using DT-48827 .
  4. Remove the oil pressure sensor adapter bolt.
  5. Remove the oil pressure sensor adapter and O-rings.

Installation Procedure

    Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  1. Install the oil pressure sensor adapter and O-rings.
  2. Install the oil pressure sensor adapter bolt.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the oil pressure sensor adapter bolt to 38 N·m (28 lb ft).

  3. Install the oil pressure sensor using DT-48827 .

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the oil pressure sensor to 30 N·m (22 lb ft).

  4. Connect the engine oil pressure sensor electrical connector.
  5. Lower the vehicle.
  6. Check the engine oil level and add oil if necessary.
