Important: Clean all the fuel pipe connections and the surrounding areas prior to disconnecting the pipes in order to avoid possible fuel system contamination.

1. Remove the fuel tank. Refer to Fuel Tank Replacement .
2. Disconnect the fuel feed (4) and return (5) hose/pipes from the fuel tank sender (2). Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service .
3. Remove the fuel feed (4) and/or return (5) hose/pipes from the fuel tank clips (6).
4. Cap the fuel tank sender pipes in order to prevent possible fuel system contamination.

1. Remove the caps from the fuel tank sender pipes.
2. Install the fuel feed (4) and/or return (5) hose/pipes to the fuel tank clips (6).
3. Connect the fuel feed (4) and return (5) hose/pipes to the fuel tank sender (2). Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service .
4. Install the fuel tank. Refer to Fuel Tank Replacement .
