If the clutch pedal is hard to push, inspect for proper lubrication to the clutch pedal assembly. Inspect the clutch hydraulic lines for blockage or crimping. Inspect for worn or damaged parts on the master cylinder or for the wrong type of fluid. Also inspect the clutch disc. Inspect for measurement or pedal push of 40 lb normal to 80 lb hard.
