When servicing the vehicle with the VIN you entered, the following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the described symptoms.
Some customers may comment that their front windshield wipers do not operate properly. Some 2004 model year, 2500 series crew cabs built during October and early November, 2003 at the Flint Assembly plant (F in the 11th VIN position) may not have the drivers and passengers side wiper nuts torqued properly. Using a click wrench, secure both nuts to 30 newton meters or 22 lb/ft. Utilize labor code B1784.
