Damaged Turbo Chargers When Returned to the WPC.

We have received turbochargers at the Warranty Processing Center returned from dealerships disassembled or poorly re-packaged causing shipping damage. These turbochargers cannot be evaluated for root cause failure. Please be sure to advice your technicians not to disassemble the turbo and to be sure to repackage it into the original container with the upper and lower packaging locators. Turbochargers received at the WPC with disassembled or damaged from incorrect shipping, resulting in the inability to determine root cause of the part will be sent back to the dealer.
