Important: Clean all the evaporative emission (EVAP) line connections and surrounding areas prior to disconnecting the fittings in order to avoid possible fuel/EVAP system contamination.

1. Remove the EVAP canister. Refer to Evaporative Emission Canister Replacement .
2. Remove the EVAP canister line (1). Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service .
3. Remove the EVAP canister purge line (2). Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service .
4. Cap the fuel and EVAP lines in order to prevent possible fuel/EVAP system contamination.

1. Remove the caps from the fuel and EVAP lines.
2. Install the EVAP canister purge line (2). Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service .
3. Install the EVAP canister line (1). Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service .
4. Install the EVAP canister. Refer to Evaporative Emission Canister Replacement .
