FUEL TANK TRANSFER SWITCH NEW SWITCH P/N

MODELS: 1983-85 C/K TRUCKS WITH RPO NL2 (DUAL FUEL TANKS)

Effective interim 1985, a new dash-mounted fuel transfer switch was released. This dash-mounted switch features contacts which are self-cleaning, to prevent circuit failure. The part number for the new switch is 15591149. This new switch can be identified by the sliding contacts, which are visible from the side (see Figure No. 1). The new switch is interchangeable with the former switch.
