    Object Number: 427935 Size: SH
  1. Remove the oil pump driveshaft and retainer.

    2. Object Number: 427937 Size: SH

    Important: The oil pump screen has a press fit in to the oil pump cover. DO NOT remove the screen from the pipe. The pipe and screen are serviced as a complete assembly.

  2. Remove the oil pump screen.

    3. Object Number: 427941 Size: SH
  3. Remove the oil pump cover bolts.

    4. Object Number: 427945 Size: SH
  4. Remove the pump cover and cover-to-body gasket.

    5. Object Number: 562796 Size: SH
  5. Match mark the driven gear (1) and drive gear (2).

    6. Object Number: 427946 Size: SH
  6. Remove the drive gear and the driven gear. Matchmark the gear teeth for assembly.

    7. Object Number: 427947 Size: SH
  7. Remove the following items:
    8. 7.1. The retaining pin
    7.2. The pressure relief spring
    7.3. The pressure relief valve
