The pressure relief valves are in the front doors of the pickup models. The pressure relief valves are behind the quarter panel stationary glass on utility and Suburban models.

1. Remove the outside vent valve assembly by completing the following steps:

1.1.	Remove the screw retaining the assembly to the door.

1.2.	Lift up the valve assembly.

Remove the valve assembly.




2. Remove the inside module valve assembly by completing the following steps:

2.1.	Remove the door trim panel. Refer to Front Side Door Trim Panel Replacement .

2.2.	Drill out the rivets in order to remove the valve.

1. Install the outside vent valve assembly to the door edge.



2. Install the inside module vent valve assembly by completing the following steps:

2.1.	Install with rivets the valve assembly to the door.

2.2.	Install the door trim panel. Refer to Front Side Door Trim Panel Replacement .
