Removal Procedure
- Locate the clutch master
cylinder on the dash panel in the engine compartment.
- Turn the master cylinder
45° counterclockwise to unlock the master cylinder.
- Disconnect the wiring
harness from the clutch master cylinder start switch.
- Remove the clutch master cylinder from the dash panel.
- Using J 42371,
remove the clutch line from the concentric slave cylinder.
- Remove the two clips securing
the clutch line to the dash panel.
- Remove the clutch master
cylinder from the vehicle.
Installation Procedure
- Position the clutch master
cylinder to the vehicle.
- Install the two clips
securing the clutch line to the dash panel.
- Pull back on the connector
sleeve and connect the clutch line to the concentric slave cylinder.
- Position the clutch master
cylinder into the clutch pedal square hole of the pedal bracket.
- Turn the master cylinder
45° clockwise to lock the master cylinder.
- Push the clutch pedal all the way down and release three times
to ensure proper clutch pedal operation.
