Removal Procedure
  1. Open the fuel filler door.

    2. Object Number: 354587 Size: SH
  2. Remove the screws and the push-pin.

    3. Object Number: 354582 Size: SH
  3. Move the filler neck assembly to the right. Remove the 2 screws holding the door.
  4. Remove the fuel filler door.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 354582 Size: SH

    Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.

  1. Install the 2 screws holding the fuel filler door.

    2. Tighten
    Tighten the screws to 9 N·m (80 lb in).

  2. Move the filler neck assembly into position. Install the screws and the push-pin holding the neck.
  3. Close the fuel filler door.
  4. Inspect the alignment of the door.
