This bulletin is being issued to cancel the Delphi Chassis MSR/BI-STATE RTD Diagnostic Exchange Program. Please discard Corporate Bulletin Number 99-03-11-001 (Section 3 -- Suspension).
Effective September 30, 2000 the following Delphi Chassis MSR/BI-STATE RTD service parts are released from restriction:
