PROPER CLUTCH ADJUSTMENT (CORRECTION TO SERVICE MANUAL)

THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION IS A CORRECTION TO PAGES 7C - 6 AND 7 OF THE X8635 SERVICE MANUAL. CORRECT CLUTCH ADJUSTMENT DIMENSIONS ARE LISTED BELOW:

CLUTCH CABLE-ADJUST (PG 7C-6)

1. CORRECT FREE PLAY IS 28-38 MM (1.1-1.5 INCH)

FIGURE 3 - CLUTCH PEDAL FREE TRAVEL (PG 7C-7)

MINI-PACK-ADJUST (PG 7C-7)

2. TURN THE PUSH ROD INTO THE MINI-PACK UNTIL PRESSURE IS FELT, THEN OUT 2.5 TURNS.
