The revised Electromatic Core Diagnosis/information form is available through Retail Publications free of charge in packets of 25. The new form order number is IST SVC 180 11.90.

A copy of the new ELECTROMATIC CORE DIAGNOSIS/INFORMATION form is attached to this bulletin. The new form replaces the current Electromatic Diagnosis Form IST SVC 180 11.89. The new form MUST BE FULLY COMPLETED and returned with each transmission core.
Please note that the technician still must follow diagnostic procedures outlined in the workshop manual and results must be clearly identified on the repair order.
