Tools Required

J 35621-B Crankshaft Rear Oil Seal Installer

1. Remove the transmission assembly. Refer to Transmission Replacement in Automatic Transmission/Transaxle.
2. Remove the flywheel. Refer to Engine Flywheel Replacement .
3. Loosen the oil pan. Refer to Oil Pan Replacement .
4. Remove the crankshaft rear oil seal from the crankshaft rear oil seal housing. Refer to Crankshaft Rear Oil Seal and Housing Removal.

1. Install the crankshaft rear oil seal using J 35621-B . Refer to Crankshaft Rear Oil Seal and Housing Installation.
2. Tighten the oil pan. Refer to Oil Pan Replacement .
3. Install the flywheel. Refer to Engine Flywheel Replacement .
4. Install the transmission assembly. Refer to Transmission Replacement in Automatic Transmission/Transaxle.
