Makes 🢒 GMC_Truck 🢒 2002 🢒 GMC MD Steel Tilt (W Model) 🢒 Engine 🢒 Engine Mechanical - 5.0L and 5.7L 🢒 Engine Front Cover Removal

    Object Number: 11485 Size: SH
  1. Remove the crankshaft position sensor bolt.
  2. Remove the crankshaft position sensor.

    3. Object Number: 387759 Size: SH

    Important: Always install a NEW crankshaft position sensor seal, O-ring, during assembly.

  3. Remove the crankshaft position sensor seal, O-ring.
  4. Discard the crankshaft position sensor seal, O-ring.

    5. Object Number: 69010 Size: SH
  5. Remove the engine front cover bolts.
  6. Remove the engine front cover and gasket.

    7. Important: DO NOT reuse the composite engine front cover and gasket. Always install a NEW engine front cover.

  7. Discard the engine front cover and gasket.

    Important: Always install a NEW crankshaft position sensor seal (O-ring) during assembly.

  3. Remove the crankshaft position sensor seal (O-ring).
  4. Discard the crankshaft position sensor seal (O-ring).

    5. Object Number: 69010 Size: SH
  5. Remove the engine front cover bolts.
  6. Remove the engine front cover and gasket.

    7. Important: DO NOT reuse the composite engine front cover and gasket. Always install a NEW engine front cover.

  7. Discard the engine front cover and gasket.
