A dedicated Field Product Reminder bulletin that is Medium Duty specific will now be published due to requests from dealers. The intent is to list the most current bulletins that can be kept at the Technicians fingertips for quick reference.
In order to access bulletins, go to the SI Home Page or through Dealerworld (in Canada, GMinfoNET) and select Service Information tab. Under other options, select the link "Number Search." At this screen, type the bulletin number in the appropriate field.
US dealers can also access the N & W Series bulletins through GMICT.ORG. Select the appropriate model Icon. Under the Service and Parts tab, you can select Service Technical, Service Information or Warranty Information.
