Check the upper and lower radiator hoses for signs of collapse, splits, cracks, etc.

Are the hoses OK?

  1. Check the radiator for dirt, bugs, bent fins, etc.
  2. Check in between the radiator and the aftercooler (P92) or the oil cooler (P72)

Clean or straighten the cooling fins on the radiator, aftercooler or oil cooler.

Are the cooling fins straight and free of dirt and debris?
