The air pressure gauges indicate the front and the rear service system air pressures. The vehicle should never be put into motion until the pressure reading of both gauges reaches 692 kPa (100 psi). If a pressure reading drops to 415 kPa (60 psi) while the vehicle is in motion, the low air pressure warning lamps will illuminate and the warning buzzer will sound. The vehicle should be stopped and the cause of the air loss corrected.
The air pressure gauges should be checked regularly with an accurate test gauge. If the pressure readings vary between the gauges by more than 27 kPa (4 psi), replace the gauge.
