- Block the vehicle's wheels.
- Close the drain cock on the reservoir.
- On reservoirs with a moisture ejector valve, release the wire
on the bottom of the moisture ejector valve. A spring in the moisture ejector
valve will automatically seal the exhaust port.
- Charge the air system.
| • | Start the engine and allow the air compressor to fill the system. |
| • | An optional method used to fill the air system uses the inflation
line on the reservoir. |
| 1. | Connect a compressed air line to the inflation line. |
| 2. | The compressed air must be moisture-free. |
| 3. | Do not fill the system with more than 861 kPa (125 psi)
of air pressure. |
- Remove the wheel blocks.
