  1. Remove the air bleed valve.
  2. Remove the water outlet retaining bolts.
  3. Remove the water outlet.
  4. Remove the gasket.

  5. Remove the thermostat.

    6. Object Number: 210681 Size: SH
  6. Remove the fuel bleed valve retaining nut.
  7. Remove the fuel bleed valve.
  8. Remove the fuel bleed valve mounting bolt.
  9. Loosen the thermostat bypass hose retaining clamps .
  10. Remove the thermostat housing retaining bolts.
  11. Remove the thermostat housing.
  12. Remove the thermostat bypass hose.
  13. Remove the thermostat bypass hose retaining clamps .
  14. Remove the thermostat bypass hose fitting.
  15. Remove the gaskets.
