Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 235005 Size: SH
  1. Loosen the air cleaner duct to air cleaner clamp and remove the duct.

    2. Object Number: 235004 Size: SH
  2. Remove the air cleaner mounting bolts and remove the air cleaner.

    3. Object Number: 234998 Size: SH
  3. Rotate the air cleaner baffle counter clockwise and remove the baffle.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 235004 Size: SH
  1. Install the air cleaner assembly to the radiator support and tighten the bolts.

    2. Object Number: 235005 Size: SH
  2. Install the air cleaner outlet duct and the clamp to the air cleaner assembly.

    3. Object Number: 234998 Size: SH
  3. Install the air cleaner baffle to the radiator support and rotate the baffle clockwise until the tabs contact the dimples on the radiator support.
