The HORN/DM fuse applies voltage at all times to the horn relay. When the horn button is depressed, the contacts for the horn switch close to ground. The horn relay energizes and the contacts for the horn relay switch close. This supplies voltage directly to the right and the left horns. Both horns are grounded through G102 (P32) or G200 (P42).
