Radiator Diagnosis

Engine overheats

  1. The cooling area is obstructed.
  2. The radiator fins are plugged.
  3. The radiator is leaking.
  4. The fins are bent.
  1. Remove or relocated any added-on parts that may block air to the radiator.
  2. Remove any debris (bugs, leaves, etc.) from the radiator fins.
  3. Repair any leaks or replace the radiator.
  4. Repair or replace the radiator.

Loose radiator

  1. The screws are loose.
  2. The insulators are missing.
  1. Tighten the screws.
  2. Replace the insulators.
