Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 24348 Size: SH
  1. Loosen the bolts and remove the clamp.

    2. Important: Avoid contaminating the power steering system. Cap open lines and ports to prevent dirt and debris from entering the system. Contaminated power steering fluid can cause early parts failure.

  2. Disconnect the hydraulic line from the power steering reservoir lid.
  3. Remove the power steering reservoir lid.
  4. Set the lid over a container in order to catch any oil that may remain.

    5. Object Number: 24350 Size: SH
  5. Remove the wing nut, the washer and the filter from the reservoir.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 24350 Size: SH
  1. Install the filter in the power steering reservoir lid.

    2. Object Number: 24348 Size: SH
  2. Install the power steering reservoir lid.
  3. Install the clamp and the bolts on the reservoir.
  4. Install the hydraulic line on the power steering reservoir lid.
