Switch actuator arm is loose

Tighten the screw.

Yoke broken or distorted

Replace the switch.

Loose or misplaced springs

Reposition or replace the springs.

Foreign parts and/or materials

Remove the foreign parts and/or material.

Switch mounted loosely

Tighten the screws.

Replace the switch.

Broken, missing, or misplaced lane change spring
