Unlike engine oil, it is not necessary to frequently check or change the compressor oil. You must check and replenish the compressor oil when the following conditions occur:
| • | The compressor, the evaporator, the condenser, or the receiver-drier is replaced. |
| • | Refrigerant has leaked from the system. |
| • | Refrigerant is suddenly released. |
| • | Any oil-related problems occur in the cooling cycle. |
