J 24460-01 Cooling System Tester

1. Tighten all the hose clamps.
2. Inspect for leaks at all the connections.
3. Remove the filler cap.
4. Fill the cooling system to the full mark.
5. Attach J 24460-01 to the filler neck and follow the instructions for the tester.
6. Pump up the pressure to no more than 138 kPa (20 psi) of air pressure.
7. The system should hold the pressure for about two minutes.

If the pressure drops by a measurable amount within two minutes, check for a leak.
