  1. Check all the air connections related to the air brake for complete seals.
  2. Repair any connections that are not sealing properly.
  3. Check the output of the air compressor.
  4. Repair or replace the air compressor as necessary.
  5. Recheck the air supply at the air brake.

  1. Check the actuator spring for damage.
  2. Replace the actuator spring, if necessary.

  2. Replace the ball joint, if necessary.

  1. Remove the brake assembly.
  2. Clean the bore of the air brake assembly in order to remove excessive carbon build-up.
  3. Clean the carbon from the butterfly valve.
  4. Install the exhaust brake assembly.
