Removal Procedure
Remove the front grille. Refer to
Grille Replacement
.
Disconnect the auxiliary transmission fluid cooler lines from the auxiliary oil cooler. Refer to
Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose/Pipe Quick-Connect Fitting Disconnection and Connection
.
Disconnect the transmission fluid cooler lines from the radiator. Refer to
Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose/Pipe Quick-Connect Fitting Disconnection and Connection
.
Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to
Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle
.
Remove the engine protection shield. Refer to
Engine Protection Shield Replacement
.
Disconnect the oil cooler lines from the transmission. Refer to
Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose/Pipe Quick-Connect Fitting Disconnection and Connection
.
Remove the oil cooler lines from the vehicle.
Installation Procedure
Install the transmission oil cooler lines to the vehicle.
Connect the cooling lines to the transmission. Refer to
Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose/Pipe Quick-Connect Fitting Disconnection and Connection
.
Install the engine protection shield. Refer to
Engine Protection Shield Replacement
.
Lower the vehicle.
Connect the transmission fluid cooler lines from the radiator. Refer to
Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose/Pipe Quick-Connect Fitting Disconnection and Connection
.
Connect the transmission fluid cooler hose to the Auxiliary oil cooler. Refer to
Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose/Pipe Quick-Connect Fitting Disconnection and Connection
.
Install the front grille. Refer to
Grille Replacement
.
