1. Turn ignition to ON position.
2. Toggle mirror switch to compass position.

Is the mirror display totally blank?

Is the letter C displayed on mirror?

Refer to compass calibration procedure in the owners manual and perform the procedure.

Is the compass operating properly and accurate?

Is the compass operating properly and accurate?

1. Replace the automatic day-night mirror with compass. Refer to Inside Rearview Mirror Replacement .
2. Perform compass calibration and compass variance procedures as outlined in the owners manual.
