Steering Shaft, Lower Bearing, and Jacket - Disassemble - Off Vehicle Column Shift
Disassembly Procedure
Remove the lock module assembly. Refer to
Electronic Column Lock Module - Disassemble - Off Vehicle
Electronic Column Lock Module - Disassemble (Column Shift).
Remove the turn signal. Refer to
Turn Signal and Multifunction Switch Assembly - Disassemble - Off Vehicle
Turn Signal and Multifcn Sw Assembly - Disassemble (Column Shift).
Remove the electrical BTSI actuator.
Use a screwdriver to pry the electrical BTSI actuator from the steering column jacket assembly.
Remove the 3 flat head 6-lobed socket tapping screws (2).
Remove the park lock cable assembly (3).
Remove the gearshift lever assembly support bracket (1).
Remove the steering column seal (3).
Remove the adapter and bearing assembly (2).
Remove the lower steering shaft (1).

Disassembly Procedure
Remove the lock module assembly. Refer to

Remove the turn signal. Refer to
Turn Signal and Multifunction Switch Assembly - Disassemble - Off Vehicle
Turn Signal and Multifcn Sw Assembly - Disassemble (Floor Shift).
Remove the steering column seal (3).
Remove the adapter and bearing assembly (2).
Remove the lower steering shaft (1).
