PULSE WIPER SYSTEM PHANTOM WIPE INFORMATION

MODELS: C/K Truck 1983 and Prior

Some C/K trucks equipped with the optional pulse wiper system, RRPO CD4, have experienced cases of phantom wipe. This phantom wipe of the windshield wiper arms oocur at engine start-up and/or randomly with the wiper system in the "off" position.

To correct any vehicles with this condition, install pulse wipe control module, P/N 15598419. The module is located under the dash to the left of the steering column.
