TO PREVENT THIS CONDITION FROM OCCURRING, LOCK CYLINDER LUBRICANT AND INSTRUCTIONS WILL BE SENT TO ALL OWNERS OF RECORD. OWNERS MAY LUBRICATE THEIR DOOR LOCKS OR THEY MAY ASK A DEALER TO PERFORM THE SERVICE.
