Removal Procedure
- Install a 3/8 inch drive on the tensioner arm and rotate the arm counterclockwise.
- Remove the drive belt.
Installation Procedure
- Route the belt over all the pulleys except the generator.
- Observe belt routing for vehicles without air conditioning.
- Observe belt routing for vehicles with air conditioning.
- Install a 3/8 inch drive on the tensioner arm and rotate the arm counterclockwise.
- Install the belt over the generator pulley.
