Removal Procedure
Caution: Unless directed otherwise, the ignition and start switch must be in the OFF or LOCK position, and all electrical loads must be OFF before servicing
any electrical component. Disconnect the negative battery cable to prevent an electrical spark should a tool or equipment come in contact with an exposed electrical terminal. Failure to follow these precautions may result in personal injury and/or damage to
the vehicle or its components.
- Disconnect
the negative battery cable.
- Remove the power accessory switch mounting cover
from the door.
Use a flat-bladed tool in order to carefully pry the cover up at the
front leading edge.
- Disconnect the electrical connectors from the switches, if equipped.
- Remove the switches from the switch mounting panel, if equipped.
Installation Procedure
- Install the switches to the switch mounting panel, if equipped.
- Connect the electrical connectors to the switches, if equipped.
- Install the power accessory switch mounting cover
to the door.
- Position the cover and snap the cover into place.
- Connect the negative battery cable.
