Grille Replacement Bravada

1. Remove the grille from the radiator support. Pull firmly in order to unseat the retainers.
2. Remove the grille from the vehicle.

1. Install the grille to the vehicle.
2. Attach the retainers in order to install the grille to the radiator support.

Grille Replacement Except Bravada

1. Open the hood.

Support the hood with a prop rod.

2. Remove the screws that retain the grille to the radiator support.
3. Remove the grille from the vehicle.

1. Install the grille to the vehicle.

Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.

2. Install the screws that retain the grille to the radiator.

Tighten
Tighten the screws to 1.4 N·m (12 lb in).
