Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 300374 Size: SH
  1. Remove the liftgate window. Refer to Liftgate Window Replacement .
  2. Open the liftgate.
  3. Support the liftgate.
  4. Remove the roof rear header garnish molding. Refer to Rear Upper Garnish Molding Replacement in Interior Trim.
  5. Disconnect the electrical connectors, as needed.
  6. Disconnect the liftgate window washer fluid hose.
  7. Remove the liftgate struts. Refer to Liftgate Strut Replacement .
  8. Remove the clips that retain the liftgate to the hinges.
  9. Slide the liftgate to the left in order to remove the liftgate from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure
  1. Install the liftgate to the vehicle.

    2. Object Number: 300374 Size: SH
  2. Install the clips that retain the liftgate to the hinges.
  3. Install the liftgate struts. Refer to Liftgate Strut Replacement .
  4. Connect the washer fluid hose.
  5. Connect the electrical connectors, as needed.
  6. Install the roof rear header garnish molding. Refer to Rear Upper Garnish Molding Replacement in Interior Trim.
  7. Install the liftgate window. Refer to Liftgate Window Replacement .
