Removal Procedure
  1. Open the liftgate window.
  2. Support the liftgate window.

    3. Object Number: 300364 Size: SH
  3. Remove the retainer from the hinge pin.

    4. The hinge pin is located at the upper end of the liftgate window strut.

    Discard the retainer.

  4. Remove the hinge pin from the upper end of the liftgate window strut.

    5. Discard the hinge pin.

  5. Gently pry up the retaining clip in order to remove the lower end of the liftgate window strut from the ball stud on the body.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 300364 Size: SH
  1. Push on the end of the strut in order to install the lower end of the liftgate window strut to the ball stud on the body.
  2. Install the new hinge pin to the upper end of the liftgate window strut.
  3. Install the new retainer to the hinge pin.
