The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) described in the PI.

The customer may comment that the sunroof is leaking and getting the headliner wet.

On vehicles built prior to VIN breakpoint 4K124402, if a water leak from the sunroof or from the headliner is found, please follow bulletin 03-08-57-005" Water Found in Rear Cupholder or On Floor of Vehicle (Reroute Rear Sunroof Drain Hose)".

Please follow this diagnosis process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
