  1. Turn ignition ON, engine OFF.
  2. Disconnect the Load Leveling Timer Relay.

Does the Load Leveling Pump stop running?

Connect a self-powered test lamp from terminal F, BLK (1250) at the Load Leveling Timer Relay to ground.

Does the test lamp light?

--

Go to Step 3

Go to Step 6

  1. Test lamp still connected.
  2. Disconnect the Load Leveling Air Inflator Switch.

Does the test lamp light?

--

Go to Step 4

Go to Step 5

Locate and Repair the BLK (1250) wire for a shore to ground

Is the action complete?

--

System OK

Replace the Load Leveling Air Inflator Switch.

Is the action complete?

--

System OK

--

Replace the Load Leveling Timer Relay.

Is the action complete?

System OK

Disconnect the Load Leveling Height Sensor.

Does the Load Leveling Pump stop running?

Go to Step 8

Go to Step 9

Replace the Load Leveling Height Sensor.

Is the action complete?

System OK

  1. Turn ignition OFF.
  2. Disconnect the Load Leveling Pump electrical connector.
  3. 3. Connect a self-powered test lamp from terminal D, YEL (321) to ground at the Load Leveling Pump, harness side.

Does the test lamp light?

Go to Step 10

Go to Step 11

Locate and Repair the YEL (321) wire for a short to ground.

Is the action complete?

System OK

Replace the Load Leveling Pump.
