Labor operations in this section are to be used for warranty claims only and should be used to identify repairs on the panels or components indicated. These operations should be used for the repair of defects such as dents. waves. ripples, dings, rough welds, weld spatter, and non-rust through corrosion. Actual time from 0.1 to 0.5 hours spent to perform the repair is to be entered as Regular Labor Hours for these operations. Any additional time for component R&R to gain access, or repair time greater than 0.5 hours, must be submitted as Other Labor Hours and requires appropriate authorization. Refer to the Paint section of this guide for paint times and enter the paint times in the Regular Labor Hours column.
