The labor time to perform an A/C system leak analyze is 0.3hr. for vehicles without leak detection dye. An add condition of 0.2hr. can be claimed for charging the system to perform a leak test. For this add condition, only 1lb. of refrigerant can be charged to the warranty claim. This analyze time should be included in Regular Labor Hours for the labor operation submitted for the repair of the leak.
