Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 524198 Size: SH
  1. Drain the coolant from the radiator. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling .
  2. Remove the air cleaner assembly (2.2L engines only).
  3. Turn the drain cock until the metal pin on the drain cock is aligned with the opening slot.

    4. Object Number: 524186 Size: SH
  4. Pull the drain cock out of the radiator.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 524186 Size: SH
  1. Align the metal pin on the drain cock with the opening slot on the radiator.

    2. Object Number: 524198 Size: SH
  2. Push the drain cock into the radiator slot.
  3. Close the drain cock.
  4. Install the air cleaner (2.2L engines only).
  5. Refill the radiator. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling .
