Makes 🢒 GMC_Truck 🢒 2000 🢒 Jimmy - 4WD 🢒 HVAC 🢒 Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning 🢒 Slave Actuator Replacement

Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the instrument panel. Refer to Instrument Panel Carrier Replacement .
  2. Disconnect the vacuum connector from the slave actuator.
  3. Firmly pull up on the slave actuator to disengage the locking tab.
  4. Remove the actuator rod from the heater slave valve lever.

Installation Procedure
  1. Install the actuator rod to the heater slave valve lever.
  2. Align the slave actuator with the heat/vent module and firmly push down on the slave actuator to engage the locking tab.
  3. Connect the vacuum connector to the slave actuator.
  4. Install the instrument panel. Refer to Instrument Panel Carrier Replacement .
