Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 392836 Size: SH
  1. Remove the screws that retain the sunshade to the roof.
  2. Disconnect the electrical connections, if equipped.

    3. Object Number: 392841 Size: SH
  3. Remove the screw that retains the sunshade retainer to the roof.

    4. Object Number: 303515 Size: SH
  4. Remove the sunshade from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 303515 Size: SH
  1. Install the sunshade to the roof.

    2. Object Number: 392841 Size: SH

    Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.

  2. Install the sunshade retainer and the sunshade retainer screws.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the screws to 1.1 N·m (10 lb in).

  3. Connect the electrical connections, if equipped.
  4. Install the screws that retains the sunshade to the roof.

    5. Tighten
    Tighten the screws to 1.1 N·m (10 lb in).
