A SUCCESSFUL LAUNCH OF THE 1995 S/T UTILITY TRUCK IS IMPORTANT TO ALL OF US.
TO ENHANCE OUR OPPORTUNITY TO ENSURE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION, AS WELL AS MONITOR THE QUALITY OF THE NEW FEATURES, AN EARLY QUALITY FEEDBACK SYSTEM HAS BEEN ESTABLISHED. TO REPORT A QUALITY CONCERN, CONTACT YOUR DIVISIONAL TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE DEPARTMENT AND LISTEN FOR ANY RELATED PHONE PROMPT.
THIS FEEDBACK SYSTEM WILL BE ACTIVE FROM 7/1/94 THROUGH 1/1/95.
DEALERSHIPS ARE ENCOURAGED TO REPORT AS EARLY AS YOUR PREDELIVERY INSPECTION ANY QUALITY CONCERNS OBSERVED OR EXPERIENCED WITH THESE VEHICLES. THIS PROGRAM IS INTENDED FOR DEALER USE ONLY. LINDEN AND MORAINE ASSEMBLY PLANTS WILL ALSO BE PLACING A DEALER SURVEY IN SOME VEHICLES MANUFACTURED AT THEIR RESPECTIVE PLANTS. IF YOU SHOULD FIND ONE OF THESE SURVEYS IN THE GLOVE BOX, WE WOULD APPRECIATE YOUR COMPLETING AND RETURNING IT IN THE STAMPED, SELF ADDRESSED ENVELOPE. OUR GOAL IS TO PRODUCE A "WORLD CLASS" VEHICLE.

THE SPECIFIC CONDITION YOU OBSERVED . WHAT WAS DONE TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM? . THE APPROPRIATE ACTION YOU FEEL IS NEEDED TO CORRECT THE OBSERVED CONDITION . LABOR AND TROUBLE CODES USED
THE PHONE WILL BE AVAILABLE MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY DURING REGULAR TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE HOURS.
